The S300 is unique due to the Flir thermal camera integrated into the S300 design which enables autonomous surveillance control of the pan/tilt system. This unique feature will assist with General perimeter security to detect, deter and delay.

The surveillance mode can be set to a 400 meter parameter, providing a facility for surveillance footage recording and storage. 

The S300 incorporates a strobe feature that can be deployed at 9 hertz to inhibit and deter any potential intruder.
